The General Process
-
Email (admin@comprehensivepsychologicalservices.com.au) or call (0447188425) Dr. Marvin to find out availability in your area. Dr. Marvin covers South East Queensland, though wait times might be slightly longer depending on our location. An intake form will be emailed to you for you to fill up.
-

-
If all goes well, a time/date will be scheduled and some assessments may be sent to you via link beforehand.
-
The assessment process is around 2-3 hours in person or telehealth (some restrictions with telehealth apply). The appointment involves a clinical interview, gathering information, and completion of several assessments that can't be emailed.
-
Dr. Marvin will then score, interpret, read through all other reports etc, and start writing the report. This takes 3-7 business days.
-
A draft will be sent to you for review. When you are happy, a PDF signed copy will be sent to you for your dissemination.
Financials
-
Depending on SOO many variables, the whole process is around 5-14 hours. Information in your referral, your location, previous "unofficial diagnosis" documents, and complexities make that number vary.
-
If you are privately paying, rates are $225/hr. There is no Medicare rebate as of yet.
-
Invoicing occurs weekly. Payment plans are available for private pay.
